1.Are you open during Covid-19?
Yes, we are live and kicking throughout the pandemic. As an online business we are unaffected by COVID-19 measures that impact the likes of retailers and brick mortar stores.
2.My order hasn’t arrived yet.
If your product hasn’t arrived (please allow up to 5 working days) for delivery. Note there may be delays from our third party supplier including potential delays due to Covid 19 pandemic in which case if it has been 5 working days with no indication of your parcel please contact us and we will work with you to resolve your issue.
3.Can I pre-order my product if it is out of stock?
Yes you can. If the product is not currently in stock you can place your order as per normal if you’d like to secure the product before the item arrives with us. You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre-order. We will notify you once your product has arrived and provide you with delivery information as appropriate.
4.Where and how do I install the batteries within the Interactive soft toys?
The interactive soft toy uses 3x AAA batteries. The soft toy has Velcro on the backside, this is where the voice box is safely stored. You can remove the voice box and unscrew it using a small star screwdriver. Insert the batteries and screw it back securing the voice box in the back of the soft toy, tightly closing the Velcro.
5.How do I clean/wash my soft toy?
For the interactive toy, due to the electricals within the voice box and the nights lights, only surface cleaning is permitted for health and safety reasons. Please remove the batteries and secure the Velcro at the back before surface cleaning the soft toy with warm clean damp cloth.
For the non-interactive soft toy, surface cleaning is also recommended.
Note: The washing instructions for each toy are detailed on the labels attached at the bottom of the soft toy.
6.Have the soft toys gone through any health and safety testing to ensure the safety of use with babies and children.
Yes. Our soft toys have gone through rigorous testing and quality assurance measures before production at our manufacturing facility. Our soft toys comply with all the applicable European testing standards required with appropriate certification with an independent and reputable testing facility. So rest assured your little ones can enjoy playing, singing and learning with Krishna My Friend soft toys.
7.International Orders and Shipping.
For the avoidance of doubt, for international orders we will not be liable for any export or import duties, taxes etc. arising as a result of the goods being sent to a destination outside the United Kingdom. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
All applicable duty, taxes, and/or any other customs associated fees will be charged to you in the local currency at the time of delivery. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery. We cannot ship to parcel lockers or forwarding services.
Your order/s, although unlikely, however may on occasion, be held at custom(s) for further review and screening. This is typically conducted on a random basis. We cannot provide you with any information or guarantee of when you will receive the product(s) if this is the case. Please contact your local custom(s) for an update on this matter if this applies to you.
