All orders are posted Second Class or Standard International (unless international orders weigh more than 2kgs) via Royal Mail.

Exceptional delays including COVID19: We are working hard and doing our best to ensure your beautiful gifts get to you within the appropriate timeframes maintaining all hygiene measures. However, there may be instances where you experience some delays out of our control including bad weather, courier delays and COVID 19 restrictions. If so, we would really appreciate your patience in this matter. Feel free to email us on admin@krishnamyfriend.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation where we can.

Returns and Refunds

Here at Krishna My Friend we take the utmost care when sending you our products. Our products go through a 2-point review before being dispatched for your pleasure. We do not accept returns for the tea light holders. In the unlikely event your plate is damaged or faulty, please notify us promptly providing up to 3 photographs to prove faulty/damaged goods. Please ensure you include your name, order number and reason for return within your email.

Note:  Customers will be responsible for their returns. We do not provide pre-paid labels and strongly recommend tracking on all returns. Krishna My Friend is not responsible for returns lost in the mail; customers will not receive refunds for lost returns.
